What is the cost?
Elead cannot determine the current cost from the education board, as the fees changes. However, Elead has an administrative charge which will be discussed with you depending on peculiarity of the service rendered.

Will there be a refund if my application did not go through?
At Elead, we involve our clients in the application process. Money paid to the education board goes into the national account and not Elead. This fee is not hidden and is on the government website. Elead will only charge you for the services rendered as their administrative fees.
